After you enter the Sagamore reservation site, click on the dates you will be staying, enter number of adults, children and rooms then click on update search. You can then view the room types available and make your selections. Dates available for selection on line are any days between October 3 to October 9. If you would like to extend your stay outside these dates, utilize the reservation form or call (800) 358-3585 and they will be happy to work with you.
The Sagamore features the Historic Hotel, with its elegant décor, and The Lodges, decorated in American country and Adirondack styles. All accommodations are smoke-free and offer high-speed wireless internet, dataports and televisions with access to games and movies. All accommodations receive daily housekeeping and may have room service deliveries.
Reservations must be received by the Sagamore no later than August 19, 2009
Lodge Room: $199 per night
Lodge Suite: $265 per night
Hotel Room: $239 per night
Hotel Suite: $319 per night
Hermitage Suite – One Bedroom: $199 per night
A deposit in the amount of the first and last nights daily rate will be required with each reservation. This deposit will be applied against the designated length of stay. Individuals arriving late and/or departing early from their designated length of stay will forfeit their deposit.
Accommodation Descriptions:
LODGE ROOM: A guest bedroom and bath in a contemporary Adirondack-style decor. The accommodations face inland and are located in one of seven lodge buildings around the perimeter of the island.
LODGE SUITE: A guest bedroom, bath, living room and dining/work area in a contemporary Adirondack-style decor. The suites feature a fireplace, pullout sofa bed, wet bar and either a balcony or patio. The accommodations face the lake and are located in one of seven lodge buildings around the perimeter of the island.
HOTEL ROOM: A guest bedroom and bath in Colonial Revival decor. Located in the historic Main Hotel.
HOTEL SUITE: A guest bedroom, bath and parlor/sitting area in Colonial Revival decor. Located in the historic Main Hotel.
HERMITAGE: Bi-Level suites with a living room and dining/work area, small wet bar and a staircase to a lofted bedroom with a king bed and bath in a contemporary Adirondack-style decor. Located in a private building at the center of the island.
Cancellations outside of 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a $35 processing fee. Within 14 days, canceled reservations will forfeit their deposit.
