Phillip Kendrick, Interim Program Director, CRNA, Ph.D.

Phillip has been a practicing CRNA for over 25 years. He has served as chief nurse anesthetist at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL and at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah, GA. Now he is busy teaching anesthesia to students in the Nurse Anesthesia Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Phillip received all of his degrees from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL.
He has been active in his state nurse anesthesia organization by serving on the Board of Directors of the ALANA. For several years, Phillip has reviewed manuscripts for the AANA Journal and has been a member of the AANA Foundation Scholarship Committee. In his spare time, he assists Aspect Medical by acting as a Clinical Educator.
