Summer in Jackson Hole… Fantastic! What a way to spend the 4th of July with family, friends, and colleagues! The "Grand Teton/Yellowstone 2004 Anesthesia Encore Symposium" afforded delightfully cool weather and spectacular views. Cameras were not necessary at this symposium! The Canadian Rockies by Rail Encore Symposiums
