Your registration and tuition payment to Encore Symposiums does not guarantee lodging accommodations.

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancelations received within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Please note that when making your reservation, the conference ends Thursday at 12:15 p.m.

The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals and/or departures on an availability basis. Bell staff and housekeeping gratuities are at the guests' discretion.
