Encore Symposiums has negotiated the following reduced rates until February 22nd or until the block sells out:

Single Double Occupancy: $299/night
Triple Occupancy: $324/night
Quadruple Occupancy: $349/night

The Guest Room Rates are exclusive of any applicable taxes (currently 18%) applicable service fees and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

Guest room internet and access to the Fitness Center and Cenote pool are included in the group rate above.

• To receive the group rate you must state that you are with the Encore "CPC Exam Review".
• The Group deadline date to receive the discount is February 22, 2024.
• The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
• The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals and/or departures on an availability basis.
• Bell staff and housekeeping gratuities are at the guests' discretion.

Reservations may be canceled up to three (3) days before the event. Cancellations received within the 3 days will be charged a one-night fee. Please note that when making your reservation, the conference ends Monday at 12:15 p.m.
