Red Rock Splendor

Since 1992, the Sedona Red Rock & Grand Canyon Encore Symposium remains one of our favorites! You will be awe-struck by the spectacular red rock formations as they glow in brilliant, orange, and red when illuminated by the rising and setting of the sun. Combine a breathtaking backdrop with a CRNA-centric conference, to create a perfect educational experience and a memorable vacation.
History and Archaeology: Whether you're into history and archaeology; arts and culture; shopping; outdoor sports; or the spiritual and metaphysical, imagine doing all this with a backdrop of some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. Some of the more impressive Native American Indian ruins can be found in the Sedona area.
