Compare Encore Rates vs. Non-group Rates During the Conference Dates

The hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room.

Special Concessions Negotiated Exclusively for the Encore Attendees:

Reduced Resort Fee of $20/night from $35/night.
Reduced Valet Parking fee of $20/per night from $40 per night.

Travel from the Airport and Around the Island:

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 15 miles from the resort, and Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 23 miles from the resort. While this hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, their concierge will happily organize transportation for you!
Opal Sandpearl offers a convenient shuttle service that can transport guests to any location on the island at no additional cost.
Attendees do not need to rent a vehicle at this destination. Just a step away from the resort's front door, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and shops to explore!
