FIRST, register with Encore to avoid misinformation regarding discount room block availability. Please contact Encore immediately if the reservation system indicates the discounted block is unavailable.

NEGOTIATED ENCORE GROUP RATE: LIMITED AT $499/per night!

The room rate is subject to tax, which is currently 18.712% (4.712% General Excise Tax, 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax). Taxes are subject to change. Room rates are subject to third and fourth-person charges of $50.00 + tax per person per night for any additional guest 17 years or older. A deposit equal to two nights is required to hold a guest reservation and shall be applied. Deposits are refundable if notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

The Reservation deadline is OCTOBER 13, 2026 to receive the heavily discounted rates. These rates are based on availability or until the Encore Room Block sells out.
