Rooms are subject to Maine Lodging Tax, currently 9%, Porterage Fee $10/room, round trip, Housekeeping Fee $5.00/room/night, and a reduced resort fee of $38 per room per night; subject to tax which is currently nine-percent (9%). Resort Fee inclusions are listed below.

As a reminder, general sessions end Thursday at 12:15 p.m. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m., and check-out of the hotel is no later than 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs are never guaranteed and are based on availability at the time of the request. You should consider reserving an afternoon flight to complete the full seminar or extend your stay through Thursday evening.

Resort Cancellation Policy: Reservations require a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the value of the reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Resort receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least twenty-one (21) days prior to scheduled arrival. Individual cancellations within the twenty-one (21) day cancellation policy will be subject to the individual's entire reservation.
