The Main Inn was built in 1914 and has been painstakingly restored to provide elegance at every turn. The Cottage Rooms and Suites provide pristine views of Cape Cod and offer privacy and luxurious amenities. Pamper yourself in one of our Spa Suites for the ultimate in true tranquility. All rooms include flat-screen televisions, Bose Wave radios, luxury linens, L’Occitane bath amenities, plush bathrobes, hairdryers, central air, and Nespresso coffeemakers.

In August 2022, it was announced by the Boston 25 News, WFXT, that Chatham Bars Inn was named the best waterfront hotel in the country, according to USA Today's 10 Best Readers' Choice for 2022. The Chatham Bar Inn has also been named one of the top resorts in the world by Condé Nast Traveler as a "Top Resort in New England" in the 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards, Travel & Leisure Magazine, and the best hotel on Cape Cod by Boston Magazine. Most recently, Chatham Bars Inn was recognized by Boston Weddings Magazine as the “Best Cape Cod Wedding Venue”. **Encore Symposiums has negotiated the following drastically reduced rates until July 17th or until the block sells out:

Deluxe Accommodation - $399 per night, single/double
Ocean View Room - $469 per night, single/double
Ocean View Suite or Spa Suite - $609 per night, single/double

Rates are exclusive of hotel occupancy tax (11.7%), Cape & Island Water Protection Fund Tax (2.75%), and resort fee (5% of the room rate).

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancelations received within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Please note that when making your reservation, the conference ends Thursday at 12:15 p.m.

The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals and/or departures on an availability basis. Bell staff and housekeeping gratuities are at the guests' discretion.
